(More customer reviews)Like the title says, I don't have any complaints about the product or the company I bought it from. When I purchased the product, it said on Amazon.com that it'd be five days before the item was shipped; after the five days, I emailed the company, they emailed me back within a few hours, were very friendly, and told me that it was being shipped that day. The filters were waiting at my door when I came home from work a few days later. It was exactly what I'd ordered, exactly as advertised. I've been using the first filter for about three weeks and, though I know nothing about HVAC, it seems to work fine; and the price was really, really good compared to what I've found in stores. I'd definitely buy this product again.
