(More customer reviews)I love this vacuum. It is easy to use and the "go to" vacuum for hard surface flooring. It is slim and the head swivels so it gets into a lot of difficult to reach areas. The bags are easy to change. The down side is the bags are not easy to find. They don't carry them at your local Fred Meyer or Home Depot so you need to purchase them on line. I would however buy another one if I could find it :-)
