(More customer reviews)The size of the filter on the site seemed to match the size of the filter that was on my filter. I found out later that there were many filters with this same 'size' stamped on them but that doesn't mean they fit my furnace. It would have been helpful if the site listed the specific furnace model. I call 3rd party vendor's customer service via email and Jennifer Jones responded. She said I could return it but I had sort of damaged one of the 2 filters while trying to install it so I could only return 1 of the 2 filters and the cost of the return doesn't make sense to spend the money so I kept the filter. Jennifer was able find the proper filter for my furnace and waived the shipping cost. I now have 3 filters and don't have to worry about having to buy a new one for quite some time. Jennifer did agree that more info is needed on the Amazon web site and that they'll probably post more filters to help customers pick the proper filter. Live and learn.....
