Seems a little better built then the Nutone , Broan units I have installed before. All good units use a squirral fan type for efficiency and noise reduction. If you shop around a little very good bargains can be had. Forget the 30 to50 dollar units they are noisy and you will want to replace them soon. This unit good for many many years.
Some complain about the low profile do to the connection that is oval shaped. At the local HD you can get a flexible connection that works very well for thr oval conversion to the 4 inch round.
I also have the 90 cfm Panasonic unit with the normal hook up for 4 inch round and a Nutone 80 CFM.
These larger units require morehead space . Attic excess would be prefferable.
