(More customer reviews)My Briggs and Stratton Quattro engine would start instantly after priming, then die after about 3-seconds. It also had the speed up and slow down problem mentioned by others here. A Google search indicated a bad carburetor diaphragm could be the problem, and this kit took care of it. My mower now starts and runs like new. The kit was easy to install, but does require removal and disassembly of the fuel-tank and carburetor.
