I checked the item several times to be sure I was getting 12 filters not one because the shipping was over 7 dollars. I checked the "technical details" and it clearly stated there were 12 items in a package. This is a total falsehood. The huge package arrived with ONE filter. So in effect I paid 12 dollars for one $4 filter. Of course there is no point in returning it since it would cost me more to return than the item is worth.
The way I see it ,this is false advertizing and should not be allowed on Amazon or anywhere else. I got burned.
