(More customer reviews)I bought this dehumidifier based on the number one ranking of a similar model. This is the first year for this model. If you can't hear very well, then this one is for you. The case is all plastic and every square inch of it seems to rattle. The first one also decided it was full even though it wasn't. I believe this to be because it vibrates so badly it threw the sensor off. The second one was even worse at producing noise. I have since bought another brand and am very happy. Allergybegone was great for allowing returns and I would recommend buying from them, just not this model.
