(More customer reviews)I ordered the furnace filters (2 different sizes) from the Clear Air through Amazon before the holiday. The products delivered accordingly, but the packages are badly damaged. I opened the boxes and found out that I could only use 3-4 filters in one box (12 as a total) and 6-7 in another box (also 12 as a total). I was upset and emailed to Amazon for replacement (I didn't have any info for the company). After a few days, I got an email from the company, saying sorry for the damage and sending me another set of the filters. The guy was so generous that he even told me to keep the damage product. Boy, that really hooked me up and that's why I gave 5 stars. I am sure I will order filters from that company only. Period. I need to say no more!
