(More customer reviews)These filters arrived at my residence via FedEx less than 24 hours after ordering. They are exactly as described, labeled MERV 11 and look to be a well made product. I installed one immediately with no problem and it fits perfectly in the Carrier filter box, so the included foam gasket was not needed. Great price for two filters that would easily cost $35-40 each at a local retailer. Will definitely purchase again.

Why do we list a range of MERV values?Because the ASHRAE 52.2 "MERV" test gives varied results.While other filter manufacturers report the highest score (even if it was only achieved on 1 of 100 tests), we prefer to offer a more genuine report. So the filter another manufacturer calls "MERV 12" may in reality not quite deserve that rating.If we list a single value instead of a range, then rest assured that is the true performance every time.As always, our air cleaner replacement filters are 100% Guaranteed to perform as well or better than the OEM filter they replace.
